The T₂Mapper is a MatLab program that combines the functionality of the WinDXP Wrapper, the DXPExtractor, and the T2DistributionDisplay while making the entire process seamless to the user. T₂Mapper was first created in the winter of 2014, and is currently in version 1.07 which was updated in the winter of 2014, adding a checkerboard (pseudocolor) plotting option and the ability to output in MatLab .mat files.
