FREDALAX

Fredalax was proposed as a user-friendly program of 2D magnetic resonance correlation maps

Fredalax was first written in MATLAB 2020a in the summer of 2020, this primary version is a wrapper allowing for easy adjustments to variables passed to various mapping functions.

In its current state it can handle T1-T2, and T1-T2* data as both inversion decay and saturation recovery and T2-D data.

Fredalax requires MATLAB: Optomization Toolbox and Symbolic Math Toolbox to run.
